What is Myndo?

Do I need to know how to code?
No. You create and adjust everything from the dashboard, and chat with the agent right in Telegram.
Do I have to pay to get started?
No. Creating an account is free and needs no card. There is no monthly fee: you buy credit when you want to put your agent online, and you only pay for what you use.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You buy credit packs whenever you want and use them at your own pace — there's no subscription and no automatic charge you haven't switched on.
What are credits and how are they charged?
Credits pay for two things: every hour your agent is running (the rate depends on the machine size) and AI usage, deducted based on the real consumption of each reply. An agent that's off costs no running hours.
Am I required to use credits?
No. Each agent can pay in 3 ways: Myndo credits, your own login (an OpenAI/Claude subscription), or your own API key. With the last two, no credits are used.
Are my data and my keys safe?
Yes. Keys and credentials are kept in an encrypted vault, never appear in conversations, and are not shared. Each agent is isolated from the others.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Yes. There's no subscription to cancel: you turn the agent off and stop buying credit whenever you like, with no penalties and no lock-in.
If I change the agent's payment method, do I lose anything?
No. The agent restarts quickly (about 30 seconds) and, in some cases, the current conversation may start over — but it usually keeps going. Long-term memory, personality, and files are always preserved.
